QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to civil and steel construction projects, including foundation works, steel erection, and structural finishing.
• Monitor and ensure work is completed according to project plans, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Allocate tasks and resources to teams, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, resolve challenges, and maintain safety and compliance with HSE standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely material delivery.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on-site activities and any potential delays.
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all site personnel.
