SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in steel structures
• Experience of walls and roofs is an advantage
• Fluency English both oral and written
• Finnish or Swedish language skills is an advantage
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other needed software
• Strong leadership skills, sense of initiative, problem solver
• Organized / able to make clear judgment and efficient decision making
• Experience from data center environment is an advantage

• Management of civil works related to steel structures, walls and roofs
• Planning and management of site activities
• Follow-up of contractors performance
• Time schedule follow-up and ensurance
• Plan and follow-up installation activities
• Maintain and follow-up HSE requirements
