Civil Supervisor – Early Works & Bulk Earthworks

A strong opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor who wants stable work, a well-resourced site team and the support to run projects properly.

This contractor has a strong pipeline of secured work across early works, bulk earthworks, excavation and civil infrastructure projects. You will be joining a business with experienced Project Managers, Engineers, Leading Hands, reliable plant and established subcontractors.

The role You will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, including:

  • Supervising crews, operators and subcontractors
  • Coordinating plant, labour and materials
  • Managing early works, bulk earthworks, excavation and drainage activities
  • Keeping works safe, productive and on programme
  • Running pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily site coordination
  • Managing quality checks, inspections and site documentation
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and Engineers
  • Identifying issues early and keeping the project moving

What you will need

  • Min 5 years expereince as a Supervisor across early works or deep excavataion earthworks
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple work fronts
  • Good understanding of site safety, quality and productivity
  • Ability to read drawings and coordinate plant, crews and subcontractors
  • White Card and current driver licence
  • Strong communication and a practical, hands-on approach
