Job Description We are looking for experienced Civil Team Leader to join us in Tawuniya Inherent Defect Insurance (IDI) Project within the scopes: Lead and manage a team of inspectors to ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Codes and international standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to inspection teams to maintain high-quality standards. Review project deliverables and evaluate outcomes to ensure alignment with specifications and quality standards. Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team. Ensure timely delivery of reports and documentation from the team as per client requirements. Responsible for inspection and testing of buildings according to Saudi building codes and international. Issuing reports and documentation of findings and comments in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards. Provide technical guidance and feedback to inspection team to maintain quality standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil engineering, industry standards and regulations especially Saudi Building Code and International Standards. Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions. Follow up with inspection team regarding reports and inspections. Conducting inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with Saudi Building codes. Handle reassignment of responsibilities during emergency leaves to maintain workflow continuity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Saudi nationality with 5–7 years of experience in civil engineering projects, specializing in inspection, supervision and construction activities Proven experience in Saudi Code and strong knowledge of international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS). Preferred experience in IDI program Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing works. Well-founded and practice proven professional and sector experience in industrial and residential construction. Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation. Fluent in English language. Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices. Strong communication and coordination skills with a team. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
