MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalence of experience and/or education.
    Additional Information

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Professional in Civil Engineering or related disciplines with postgraduate studies.
  • 12 years of general experience.
  • Availability to work in Latin America.
  • Experience in leading/coordinating studies and detailed design of engineering projects in transport infrastructure or PMO for studies and detailed designs of transport infrastructure engineering projects.
  • Experience in conducting studies and detailed designs for metro-type projects with underground lines, and in leading or coordinating the PMO of contracts for studies and detailed designs for metro-type projects with underground lines.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Serving as the lead engineer on medium to large projects.
  • Providing specialized technical input for studies and designs in the specific area of expertise.
  • Approving and signing off on work.
  • Offering technical expertise for studies and design efforts.
  • Presenting complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Conducting quality control reviews of work developed by others.
  • Participating in the development of technical proposals.
  • Providing budget and schedule estimates for engineering to meet requirements on large projects.
