A leading Civil Contractor based in Omagh is seeking an Intermediate Estimator to join their team. You’ll play a key role in estimating across a range of civil engineering projects, working closely with senior team members and clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• A relevant degree or qualification (desirable).
• Strong communication and team-working abilities.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and take-offs.
• Assist in tender submissions and cost planning.
• Monitor project costs and track variations during construction.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide support to senior estimators and take on additional responsibilities as you develop.
