CIVILS ESTIMATOR – INVERNESS | UP TO £75K + PACKAGE

Are you an experienced Civils Estimator looking for a new challenge with a leading main contractor? My client, a respected name in the Heavy Civils, Utilities, and Energy sectors, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in the Highlands on a full-time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE:

You’ll be working on major infrastructure projects across Scotland, supporting tendering and pre-construction activities. The role requires a sharp commercial mind, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of civils methodologies and pricing structures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation and submission of accurate and competitive tenders
• Detailed cost planning and value engineering
• Liaison with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Risk analysis and mitigation planning
• Working collaboratively with the delivery and commercial teams
