Statom Group Ltd. is a highly regarded civil engineering contractor focusing on Remediation, Groundwork, and Structures. We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Planner to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.
As a Construction Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are effectively planned and executed within the set timelines and budgets. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules, as well as forecasting resources and identifying potential risks. Your strategic planning and coordination will be vital in driving project efficiency and success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning or project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Tender and construction -Civil engineering /Concrete Frames Experience a must .
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather project requirements and outline deliverables.
  • Analyze project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate planning information to stakeholders.
  • Forecast material and personnel requirements to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support risk assessment activities and develop contingency planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.
