As one of our Civils Team Leaders, you will work in a team carrying out repairs on sewer assets to make sure they meet quality and customer service standards.
Day to day, you will work on the waste network undertaking repairs and civil reinstatements on sewer pipes, rising mains and manhole chambers.
You will be working in a variety of locations including customers’ properties and gardens, highways and farmers’ fields.
You will be a part of a great team where you will coach, mentor and guide the operatives within your team and larger teams on a day-to-day basis.
You will be working outdoors dealing with different challenges every day and providing a vital service to our customers.
You will work across Avonmouth and the surrounding areas with the main depot being based in Chippenham.
In addition to your salary, you will benefit from a monthly bonus on the completion of your probationary period. You will also have access to a company vehicle.
