Description

We are looking for a CL Distribution Specialist to manage Contract Logistics (CL) distribution operations and ensure profitable, on-time and in-full (OTIF) service delivery to our customers. This role is responsible for operating end-to-end distribution processes, preparing cost models aligned with customer needs, and managing supplier selection to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities: Operate and manage CL distribution processes, Prepare cost models in line with customer distribution requirements, Provide profitable and OTIF distribution solutions to all CL customers, Manage distribution operations to ensure full customer satisfaction and zero complaints, Oversee distribution activities across warehouses, supplier facilities, and customer premises, Select and manage transportation and distribution suppliers, Your Profile: University degree from a related faculty, Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution and transportation operations within Contract Logistics, Knowledge of Turkey’s main transportation and distribution lines and channels, Established supplier network among transportation and distribution companies, Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare cost models and rate comparisons, Solid understanding of OTIF performance metrics and distribution KPIs, Ability to manage multiple shipments and stakeholders simultaneously, Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality, Good communication and coordination skills, Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines, Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel), Good command of written and spoken English, About DP World Trade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
