JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – CLADDING INDUSTRY

Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 6,000–10,000/month + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to support our B2B sales operations in the Cladding industry. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, basic industry knowledge, and the drive to grow their career in the construction/industrial sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years UAE experience in cladding, steel structures, cold stores, or related industries (fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply)
• Basic understanding of construction and industrial sectors
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and achieve sales targets
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Cladding Sales: 3 years (Required)
• roof cladding, cold stores, steel structure, Sandwich panels: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Support senior sales team in preparing proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and services
• Attend client meetings and industry events with senior team members
• Follow up on payment collection and assist in credit control processes
