MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Report regularly closing, include monthly & yearly based, meanwhile provide weekly based analysis to Team Lead
  • Create facing calculation SOP or Manual Adjustment
  • Communicate with all stakeholders like people from PDCs (Parts Distribution Centers), other departments, management, carriers
  • Support the T/ L for ongoing projects & reports
  • Communicate with stakeholders like HQ, PDCs , other departments, Management etc.
  • Consolidate PDCs feedback from daily based Claim analysis or judgement
  • Collect necessary data from system (AMOS and others) and PDC’s, create analysis report
  • Create and provide reports from system data regarding KPI: monthly market based claim ratio report
  • Collect claim judgement lead time data from the system, organize the data and report to management monthly
  • Create separate claim judgement lead time reports on demand
  • Coordinate yearly based Quality or Packaging Improvement workshop or Benchmarking
  • Support PDC’s and management in necessary claim related issues
