We are looking for a skilled Claims Adjudicator to join our team in Spokane, Washington. This is a long-term contract position that requires expertise in medical claims, billing, and insurance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of claims while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Review and process medical claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and ensure eligibility for services.
• Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies to obtain required information and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies during claims adjudication.
• Maintain accurate records of claim statuses and documentation.
• Provide support to healthcare providers and patients regarding claim inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in claim administration workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex claim issues and provide resolutions.
• Proven experience in medical claims processing and adjudication.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance claims management.
• Familiarity with claim administration and insurance verification processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in using claims processing software and related tools.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
