JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a committed and passionate individual who is looking to commence their career in Business Administration. You will work alongside lawyers and negotiators supporting them with various administrative functions. By doing so you will play a vital role in helping people across Scotland negotiate personal injury, employment law and dispute resolution whilst delivering exceptional administrative and call handling support to clients.
In this role you will continue to learn as you earn, as you will also work through a Business Administration Apprenticeship supported by your own personal Assessor from Elite Training. You will also be mentored and supported by your line manager in the business whilst learning new skills and processes.
Although this role is Monday – Friday there is a shift pattern 9am – 5 pm, 11am – 7 pm ( opportunity for remote working during this later shift)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent customer service skills
· Demonstrable commitment to exceeding expectations and goals
· A passion for doing a quality job that will leave a lasting impression with clients
· Personal commitment to teamwork, integrity and success
· Min Nat 5 in English and a Business related subject
