Your new role Delivery of superior windscreen claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate, and negotiate assigned cases. Claims payment processing and authorisation. About you Conscientious with good attention to detail Able to manage the pressure that comes with high volumes Good computer skills, basic Excel, and ability to pick things up quickly. Strong organizational and prioritization skills Good interpersonal (both written and verbal) communication skills. A good level of numeracy and literacy, having an accounts background will be an advantage.
