About the Role
Rainbow Restoration is seeking a highly organised and proactive Claims Administrator / Claims Handler to join our team in Draperstown. This is a dynamic position with varied responsibilities — no two days are the same. The role involves overseeing the entire claim cycle, from scheduling site visits and managing diaries to costing claims and issuing invoices.
Working closely with colleagues, technicians, insurance clients, and customers, you will play a key role in ensuring claims are handled efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the full claim lifecycle, from first notification to invoicing
  • Handle diary management and schedule site visits
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, loss adjusters, and insurance companies via telephone and email
  • Ensure accurate claim costing and timely processing of documentation
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate records and support the wider team as needed

  • Willing to learn technical aspects of our services to build deeper knowledge
  • Experienced in administration or claims handling (preferred but not essential)
  • Familiar with work planning and allocation (an advantage)
