WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:
Individual Insurance also known as In-force Management (IFM) serve approximately 100,000 clients. We provide support, policy maintenance, handle policy payments and assist our Clients through the death claim process for Individual life insurance policies.
We have an opportunity for a Claims Administrator on the Individual Claims team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the Client’s journey throughout the life of a claim from claim notification through to final settlement. Our aim is to settle claims fairly, first time and in a timely manner.
CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of handling complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. While training will be provided, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and making decisions within established guidelines.
When you join the Claims Team, you will be given structured on the job training with full guidance and support from your team leader, manager and team members. You will be trained on a phased basis in all aspects of the life of a claim as well as the technical side to help you build confidence in your role.
