Richfords is seeking a proactive and dependable Claims Administrator to support our Incident & Customer Relationship Managers and technical teams on a maternity cover basis for 12 months, with the possibility of permanent opportunities arising within the business. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating fire and flood restoration projects, providing a central point of contact for customers, and ensuring our high service standards are maintained from start to finish.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will:
1. Coordinate ongoing restoration projects from start to finish
2. Serve as the primary contact for customers, insurance professionals, and internal teams
3. Track technician reports and respond to updates in real time
4. Set up new job records and support project triage with relevant details
5. Help drive continuous service improvement through collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers
