CLAIMS ADVISOR - WARRANTY

Location: Harlow
Salary: £25,421.76
Full-time: Permanent
Working pattern: 38.8 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -1pm

JOB SUMMARY:

To manage the administration of claims through effectively managing inboxes, emails from customers and third parties ensuring these are updated on our systems and allocated to the appropriate individuals to manage.

• Answering inbound calls from both Policy Holders and Repairers
• Providing claim updates to both the Policy Holder and Repairers as required
• Guiding the customer through the initial stages of the claim journey
• Accurately recording details of faults with their vehicles using our in-house systems
• Checking and adhering to the terms and conditions of the customer’s policies
• Providing good customer service
• Ensure systems are updated with relevant case numbers
• Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
• Understanding our various customers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with
• Maintain company service levels and deliver on set KPI’s
• Provide professional and friendly service
• Service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
• Handle any complaints associated with a claim as per the complaints process
• Other reasonable duties as required.
