What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: * Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the right care, support, and entitlements. * Review medical, rehabilitation, and financial reports to make informed and accurate claim decisions. * Apply sustainable, cost‑effective strategies while keeping the wellbeing of injured workers at the centre of everything you do. * Work collaboratively with internal teams, providers, and external partners to deliver proactive case management. * Provide exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For You don’t need to tick every box — what matters most is your ability to learn, adapt, and genuinely care. * Relevant Experience: Ideally in Workers Compensation, claims management, portfolio coordination, or a call‑centre environment.
