In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims while acting as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout their claims journey. You’ll deliver compassionate, timely, and professional support, helping customers feel informed and supported every step of the way. By providing clear guidance and practical solutions, you’ll contribute to positive outcomes, support recovery, and ensure claims are managed in line with relevant requirements. What you’ll be doing As a Claims Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers through the claims process with empathy and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing inbound customer enquiries and acting as the primary contact for claim-related support.  * Assisting customers through each stage of the personal injury claims process with clear communication and tailored guidance.  * Assessing and managing claims from initial lodgement through to resolution, ensuring decisions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within required timeframes.  * Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes and support recovery pathways.  * Maintaining detailed and accurate claim records while ensuring adherence to legislative, regulatory, and company procedures.    What you’ll bring * Previous experience in claims management, allied health, legal services, or a related field.  * Strong analytical and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  * A customer-first approach with the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.  * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.  * Adaptability, resilience, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.  * The ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing tasks independently.   Chase the sun, apply online today At Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
