Suncorp Group is looking for a motivated and compassionate professional to join our Workers Compensation Claims team in a role where your work truly matters. You'll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and play a key role in supporting people through challenging times. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Darwin, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. What You’ll Be Doing * Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers * Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements in line with the Return to Work Act 1986 (NT) * Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders * Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience * Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management * Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support What You’ll Bring * A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service * Strong communication skills, you know how to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively * A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations * The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions * Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded * Allied Health background?
