THE POSITION

As a Claims Agent Intern, you will be part of our Customer Support team in our centrally-located Berlin office, focusing on claims management and operational issue resolution. As part of this role, you will:

  • Manage and document claims by ensuring timely and accurate submissions to our partners.
  • Investigate lost or damaged shipments, working with carriers to secure resolutions for our merchants.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting data-driven automation decisions.
  • Keep merchants informed throughout the claims process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Tech and Operations teams to enhance claims handling and dispute resolution.Optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency as Hive continues to scale.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in logistics, customer support, and operational processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you will be handling carrier and merchant interactions.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level). German (C1) is strongly recommended.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or data analysis tools is a plus.
