Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assess policy coverage and liability for incoming claims.
  • Manage and settle claims related to policies underwritten by PartnerRe, ensuring accurate reserve calculations and monitoring cross-market exposures.
  • Process direct claims advices, treaty statements, and cash calls efficiently within internal KPIs and market expectations.
  • Provide high-quality commentary on significant notifications, claims trends, and key developments.
  • Conduct claims audits and reviews of service providers and third parties as required.
  • Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Finance teams to maintain seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update internal claims databases, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and PartnerRe’s claims philosophy.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements within claims management systems.
  • Support compliance reporting and related activities.

We are seeking an experienced Claims Analyst to manage a portfolio of property claims, including Excess of Loss, Proportional Treaty, and Facultative business. In this role, you will ensure claims are handled proactively and efficiently while adhering to regulatory and legal requirements.
