With offices from Montreal to Vancouver, we are the leading auto transporter in Western Canada. Our goal is to become the leading auto transporter across the country and we’re looking for highly driven and competent people to help us get there.
The office is located 2 kilometres north of the Perimeter on Highway 7 (Route 90) on the same property as Openlane Winnipeg.

The individual would be required to process carrier damage claims. These claims are resolved in house and not through insurance.
Having French language skills is not necessary but would be an asset.

Successful applicant would be an individual who possess the following qualities;

• Good communication skills needed to communicate with drivers as well as customers.
• Must be organized and efficient with good time management.
• Does not take shortcuts.
• Has good problem solving skills.
• Is detail-oriented.

Duties include;

• Entering and organizing claims electronically.
• Gathering and reviewing information relating to claims.
• Corresponding with drivers and customers.
• Resolving claims and communicating the outcome.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Analyzing claims for repetitive issues with drivers.
• Analyzing claims for recurring damages.
• Other office duties may be required.
