Work Location: Minburi Factory (Lat Krabang, Bangkok) Main Job Purpose : As part of our transformation toward a social-first engagement model in Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W), we are expanding our storytelling capabilities to better connect with consumers through talkable, culturally relevant content. The Claims & Engagement Intern will support this shift by helping us track social trends, generate engaging ideas, and co-develop visual and communication assets that amplify our product stories in ways that spark conversation and curiosity. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media engagement, content creation, and science-informed storytelling. The intern will work closely with the Claims & Engagement team and local markets to support initiatives that prioritize talkability, visual storytelling, and social-first experimentation. Main accountabilities: Social & Engagement Support Monitor and report on social media trends and consumer conversations in SEA beauty and wellbeing. Help identify talkable angles and culturally relevant hooks for science product storytelling. Support the development of social-first content (e.g., reels, TikToks, memes, demos) that drives engagement and brand awareness. Assist in organizing consumer immersions, validating demos, and piloting activations. Content & Communication Contribute to visual storytelling through basic photo/video editing and creative ideation. Help maintain and organize content trackers, databases, and engagement dashboards. Participate in cross-functional brainstorms with R&D, marketing, and local market teams to bring fresh, socially relevant ideas to life. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a university program or holding a Bachelor's degree. A background in the sciences is preferred but not required. A strong interest in communications and a passion for learning is essential. Strong interest in beauty and creative story-telling. Social media savvy - passion for content creation is preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. Basic photo and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools). Creative thinker with strong communication skills (English). Proactive, self-motivated, and highly curious. Collaborative and organized, with an out-of-the-box mindset.
