Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers with issues related to defective or incomplete product orders.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
  • Process claims and initiate replacement part orders accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and solutions provided.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (claims/parts handling an asset).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a strong team player.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for helping customers.
