Clean, organized and structured work environment. REQUIREMENTS Previous automotive parts experience preferred (OEM dealership experience is a plus). Familiarity with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Coordinate returns with wholesale customers, vendors, and dealership personnel. Verify return eligibility and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies. Research and resolve discrepancies related to credits, shortages, damaged parts, and shipping errors. Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and claim documentation. Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement. Work closely with warehouse, shipping, counter, and management teams. Responsibilities
