Within this role your ideas are valued, your ambition is celebrated and your work genuinely matters.  The Opportunity This role sits at the heart of our Claims & Insurance teams, supporting members during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. As a Claims Assist Administrator, you’ll combine compassionate customer service with strong administrative discipline, guiding members through the claims process, setting up claims accurately, and ensuring they progress smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Claims Consultants and Assessors, managing a high-volume portfolio and serving as a key point of contact for members and claimants. Your role is essential in helping us deliver a high quality, timely and empathetic experience across every interaction. You’ll also: * Set up, triage and maintain claims across our systems, ensuring accuracy and appropriate routing. * Issue documentation, action requests from the team and facilitate tele claim interviews. * Conduct end of process surveys and support members with clarity around next steps. * Manage daily administration including mail, archiving, inbox management and record keeping. * Support meetings by preparing agendas and coordinating information for key claims discussions. * Monitor claim progress, perform regular checks, and support underwriting requests within agreed timeframes.   About You You’re a steady, supportive presence who thrives in roles that balance empathy with precision. You communicate with care, stay composed under pressure, and bring a structured approach to managing high volumes of work. Whether speaking with a member, updating a claim or coordinating information for Assessors, you consistently deliver accuracy, professionalism and warmth. You’re motivated by helping others, confident in handling sensitive conversations, and comfortable navigating detailed processes. You enjoy learning, ask the right questions, and take pride in getting things right the first time. You’ll bring: * Ideally, you have proven experience in claims or insurance environments, with the ability to understand claim types and supporting processes. * Strong administrative capability and confidence managing a high-volume portfolio with competing priorities. * Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy, professionalism and clarity in every interaction. * The ability to interpret documentation and apply policies and guidelines accurately. * Sound problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * A collaborative, team focused approach with the ability to build rapport with members, claimants and stakeholders.   What US offer We believe that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
