This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with flexible hybrid working arrangements to be agreed. Responsibilities

The Claims Assistant will be trained across various functions including Mobil NZ Claim Management, Mount Isa Mines Claim Management, indexing, cash receipting, and processing payments. This role also involves handling phone lodgements, assisting team members to meet SLAs, and completing ad hoc projects as needed.
