This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with flexible hybrid working arrangements to be agreed. Responsibilities

The Claims Assistant will be trained across various functions including Mobil NZ Claim Management, Mount Isa Mines Claim Management, indexing, cash receipting, processing payments, and handling phone lodgements. This role also involves assisting team members to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and completing ad hoc projects as needed.
