Job Purpose To assist in administrative work including claims registration and payment requisition, sorting of incoming documents, filing, retrieval of claim files. To handle reinsurance claims. The Job To support claims staff with claims registration and payments To handle reinsurance claims. To assist in annual review of claim files to ensure reserves are adequate for active files and to close inactive files. To ensure that closed files are send to warehouse for archiving. To ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Able to work independently Working Experience: Minimum of 2 year experience in administrative support role IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
