Title: Claims Assistant II FLSA Status: Non-Exempt BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this position is to assume the lead clerical and administrative support role in the claims department. This accomplished by receiving and setting up new claim reports, processing and scanning daily incoming mail, coding and processing vendor bills, assisting members with inquiries, and providing front desk coverage. Other duties include distributing unit work assignments in supervisor's absence and maintaining logs.
