Medical Coding Trainer

Location: Hor Al Anz

Job Type: Part-time (3 Hours /Day )

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, engaging Medical Coding Trainer to deliver high-quality training in medical coding and healthcare documentation. The ideal candidate has strong practical knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, and coding compliance, with the ability to make complex concepts clear and applicable for learners.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom, virtual, and/or blended training programs in medical coding.
Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, exercises, assessments, and coding case studies.
Train learners on ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and coding guidelines.
Explain coding compliance, documentation requirements, reimbursement principles, and common coding errors.
Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback and individual support.
Stay current with annual code-set updates, payer policies, and healthcare coding regulations.
Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and learner-progress records.
Support learners in preparing for relevant medical coding certification examinations.
Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to improve course quality and learner outcomes.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
