How many people can honestly say they enjoy the claims process? Exactly. That is why Team Lassen is looking for someone special to change that.
Our Claims Care Coordinator is the friendly guide who checks in with our customers during one of the most stressful times they can face. You will not be making claim decisions (that is the adjuster’s job), but you will be making sure our customers feel informed, supported, and valued every step of the way.

Here is how you will do it:

  • Call customers as soon as a new claim is filed to explain the claims process and ease their worries.
  • Follow up every few weeks until the claim is closed to make sure progress is being made and our customers do not feel forgotten.
  • Make a final “claim closed” call to wrap things up and answer any last questions.
  • During slower claim periods, you will also reach out to customers who are missing important coverages, helping them understand their options before it is too late.

We are looking for the top 1% who see “going the extra mile” as just the starting point. You must love talking to people, solving problems, and keeping things moving. If you have claims experience, that is a huge plus, but we are open to anyone with strong customer service skills and the drive to make a real difference.

JOB LOCATION:

  • This is a full time in-person job. This is not a remote job nor a work-from-home job.
  • We have offices in Holmen, WI and Tomah, WI. While you could work from either location, we’re ideally looking for someone that can work out of our Tomah location although we can potentially make Holmen work for the right candidate.
