Join our dynamic team in Home claims, managing a portfolio of building and contents claims from our Sunshine Coast HQ. Your role will be central to Youi’s reputation and relationships by playing a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you’ll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

• Onsite and full-time working Monday-Friday
• Managing your own portfolio of high complexity and large loss claims
• Helping our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
• Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
• Being a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio
