This is where insurance becomes real. We’re looking for an experienced Claims Consultant to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering parental leave. You’ll be managing a portfolio of personal lines claims, owning the claim journey end to end - from first notification through to settlement - supporting customers through what can often be stressful and emotional situations. We work in a broker-intermediated model, so you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with brokers as well as customers. It’s a partnership and your ability to communicate clearly, empathetically and confidently will make all the difference. Our preference is for this role to be Auckland based, but we are also open to hearing from stand-out candidates based in CHCH.
