Efficiently assess claims in line with product terms to minimise risk and ensure accurate underwriting practices by working with the underwriting team. Deliver service excellence by processing claims and correspondence within agreed service level timeframes. Provide professional, courteous, and accurate advice to clients, consistently meeting or exceeding service standards. About you | Ko Wai Koe You are motivated and detail-oriented with strong communication and administration skills, committed to delivering exceptional client service. Your collaborative nature and initiative make you a valuable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and client-focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
