Due to the growth of their business, our client is looking for a talented Claims Assessor (Retail) to manage a Portfolio of TPD (majority) and IP Claims. It’s a business which is growing and has a strong reputation on the market for robust and fair claims management and a strong, experienced leadership team.

    To be successful in this role, you really need proven experience in a similar role in life insurance and demonstrated dedication to service and operational excellence. Knowledge of relevant legislation and governing principles is also needed as you will manage a variety of claims (some high value). It’s a split WFH culture with 3 days in office and they encourage 4 days in during the training period and whilst getting to know the team.
