• 0–1 years claims/data entry experience
• High school diploma required
• Basic Excel/Access skills
• Familiarity with systems like EyeMed claims, Metastorm, Exclaim, EyeNet
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Third-party benefit knowledge a plus
