While many of our roles are customer-facing and field-based, our our corporate and administrative teams are the backbone that makes that possible.  ---------------------------------------- We are seeking a Claims Coordinator (Construction) to support our office located in Seattle, WA. The Claims Coordinator is integral to our team, focusing on the initial intake, lead creation, and coordination of activities related to mitigation and reconstruction services. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and communication between different departments and external parties. Role Responsibilities: * Manage phone calls, addressing initial inquiries and lead creation. * Enter lead details into the DASH system, recording customer information, job details, loss descriptions, special instructions, and affected areas. * Interact with external participants for accurate insurance information recording. * Assign leads to relevant stakeholders and manage timely follow-ups. * Coordinate Estimator assignments and post-Performance Authorization uploads. * Monitor compliance tasks including contact and inspection dates. * Work with Business Development and Estimators for lead conversion, scheduling inspections, and executing Performance Authorizations. * Support billing activities including invoice distribution. * Maintain regular customer communication, updating on progress and estimation processes. * Create and maintain Dash Notes for internal communication regarding lead status and job assignments.
