Claims Executive, Financial Specialties (FSPG) We're hiring! We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Claims Executive to join our Financial Specialties team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. This role focuses on managing complex, high-value claims across specialty insurance lines while supporting clients through the full claims lifecycle. You will work closely with insurers, adjusters, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. What the day will look like Support the handling and management of claims across Financial Specialties lines, including: Bankers Blanket Bond and Professional Indemnity Cyber and Technology Risks Medical Malpractice Trade Credit Insurance Directors and Officers Liability Assist in reviewing policy coverage and claims documentation to support accurate and timely claim submissions. Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, lawyers, and forensic specialists to facilitate efficient claims handling and resolution. Prepare and maintain claims bordereaux and reports for internal stakeholders and renewal discussions, ensuring data accuracy and clarity. Monitor claims progress and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation to drive timely settlements. Support the team in developing claims strategies, including identifying potential coverage issues and assisting in positioning claims to insurers. Act as a client advocate by ensuring claims are presented clearly and fairly, while supporting the team in addressing insurer queries and positions. Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Claims and the broader team in the day-to-day running of the department.
