About the role We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Claims Executive to take ownership of complex claims and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims from end-to-end, ensuring they’re handled in line with policy conditions and service standards while providing expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide advice to clients, brokers and account management teams on all claims-related matters Assess claims by interpreting policy wording and reviewing claim circumstances Manage and progress claims, advocating for outcomes in the client’s best interest Investigate and negotiate complex and non-standard claims Partner with Claims Leaders to deliver structured and strategic solutions Support dispute resolution processes, including IDR and AFCA matters We are seeking a driven, experienced professional with a willingness to partner with brokers and claims teams who has had exposure to Insurance or Financial Services and: Client servicing experience including front line client facing interactions Strong business acumen and understanding of connection with Claims and Claims lodgement Knowledge of Insurance products and markets for commercial / SME industry segments Demonstrates strong client advocacy skills/experience Ability to maintain and develop business relationships with new/existing clients and underwriting partners Why Join Gallagher?
