Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of P&I claims within the Cruise & Ferry Syndicate, providing timely and commercially focused support to Members
Investigate, manage, and resolve a range of P&I claims, liaising with Members, correspondents, lawyers, surveyors, and other stakeholders as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with Members, delivering a high standard of service and support
Identify and communicate loss prevention opportunities and emerging claims trends
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic claim files and correspondence in accordance with Club procedures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes, systems, and working practices
Support the preparation of articles, technical updates, and other content for Member communications and Club publications
Develop and maintain technical knowledge of P&I insurance, maritime law, and the cruise and ferry sector through ongoing learning and professional development
Undertake any other duties or projects required in line with the responsibilities of the role
