Role Snapshot: Total Loss Claims Handler – Motor (ADL)
As a Total Loss Claims Handler, you’ll take the reins from day one, managing a caseload of total-loss vehicle claims with empathy and precision. No two claims are the same, every case is an opportunity to deliver reassurance and clarity to our customers during stressful times.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assessing vehicles for total loss, coordinating valuations, and determining resolution paths
  • Supporting customers through thoughtful communication—via phone, email, or webchat
  • Engaging with stakeholders including engineers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Building and negotiating claims cases, ensuring fair and timely outcomes
  • Maintaining clear records, upholding compliance, and flagging any irregularities or fraud

No Prior Claims Experience? No Problem!
