Position - Non-Fault Claims Handler
Location - Countrywide Vehicle Rentals - Glasgow
Salary - £25k starting (higher salary negotiable based on experience)
Contract - Full time - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end non-fault insurance claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage credit repair and credit hire processes, coordinating with insurers, repairers and clients.
  • Liaise with all parties involved to ensure swift and accurate claims resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in non-fault claims handling, specifically within the insurance sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit repair and credit hire processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
