Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Property Claims Handler. The role is primarily located in Rainworth, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Property Claims Handler will be responsible for managing and handling insurance claims, decision making and accurate policy application and interpretation, creation of building repair specifications, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient processing of claims whilst maintaining a reasonable cost control.

• Qualifications / Skills Skills in Commercial Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Expertise in Commercial Property Insurance Claims, including policy application & interpretation.
• Awareness & knowledge of policy conditions, endorsements & all risks
• Technical expert in buildings pathology & experience of building repair specification up to £50k
• Strong Communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field is essential
• Relevant certification in insurance, business, or a related field such as Cert CII, Cert CILA, BDMA, RICS.
