Duties & Responsibilities

• Speak with tenants experiencing poor housing conditions, listening to their concerns and gathering essential information.
• Assess eligibility and refer suitable cases to our network of specialist solicitors.
• Guide tenants through the process, providing clear, compassionate support at every step.
• Maintain accurate records and case notes using our internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standard of service.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to company growth.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases at once.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
