Location: Darlington with hybrid working.
Hours: Monday to Friday. Shifts 8:00 to 16:30, working from 9:00 to 17:30, once every 6 weeks

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking to expand our Claims Handling teams with ambitious individuals who have a passion, desire and a great attitude to manage customer incidents and provide a first-class service.
As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing the very highest standards of customer service, ensuring that each incident is handled in a speedy and professional manner, according to the specific requirements of the customer. The role will include a strong focus on operational targets, liaising with both customers and insurance companies. The team handles damage claims from start to finish, with the ability to tailor processes to suit the client whilst gathering information through different sources and finding creative solutions to ensure prompt settlement of claims
Salary -Starting from £24,187.83 per annum, there is also an opportunity to increase your salary after 1 years service.
Bonus - Earn up to £2000 per year (paid quarterly) based on your individual and business performance.
Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day’s leave to celebrate your birthday!
Pension - Ageon employer contributions of 5%.
