Job Description:
Here at AXA, we pride ourselves on having an in-house investigations team (ACIT). We have several ongoing projects to deliver enhanced services to our customers, so to help us build on our strategic programmes and drive our people forward, we’re looking for a talented individual to join us. As a Claims Inspector you’ll investigate Employer’s Liability and Public Liability cases, and occasionally Motor Personal Injury Claims, along with any other investigations adopted by ACIT. If you’re an experienced Claims Inspector with knowledge of handling EL/PL/PI/Casualty claims, this could be the role for you!
At AXA we work smart, this role is non-office based meaning you’ll spend 70% of your time visiting customers in the above areas and 30% working from home, planning inspections and writing reports. There’s no requirement to work from an office apart from an occasional team meeting.
This role will be home based with a need to travel to carry out investigations covering London, Hertfordshire, parts of Bedfordshire (potential postcodes W, NW, N, WD, EN, HA, HP, LU, AL).
Working Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week over 5 days. There may be some unsociable hours but as you’ll arrange your own appointments, you’re empowered to do what it takes to meet customer expectations whilst maintaining your own work-life balance.
